     Law Firm - 3rd Party fungi Evaluation Following Major Leak

Sterling & Associates was retained by a law firm to perform a third-party fungi investigation and evaluation in a residence that had suffered a major water leak. Sterling identified numerous issues of neglect and improper remedial actions conducted by a previous environmental firm and remediation company. Sterling & Associates provided project consultation, re-evaluation, and final clearance sampling to evaluate the effectiveness of remedial actions.
