     Property Management Firm - Fungi Evaluation Following Flooding

Sterling & Associates was retained to perform an evaluation of a fungi/mold levels within an office building following a flooding incident due to a pipe rupture. Several office areas and a stairwell were severely water damaged and had significant fungi contamination. Sterling performed the initial evaluation, developed the remediation protocol, and provided fungi remediation oversight for the property developer. Following remediation activities, Sterling performed final clearance sampling to evaluate the effectiveness of the remedial actions.
